Backup jobs are additive: CURRENT + timestamped snapshot + verification manifest. Normal backup never deletes source files. “All” queues only projects explicitly registered for Offline Vault.

Claude Code Build Agent

Claude Code runs inside an isolated Git worktree. Canonical project files stay untouched. Results return to Mission Control for review; promotion is never automatic.
